Excellent food, service a d rooms. The owners and the rest of the team are just wonderful.
Overwater Hall does not fail to disappoint as a culinary destination. This was a return visit for an anniversary dinner, and the cookery continues to be of such a high standard. Can highly recommend the lamb salad starter and beef fillet for main course. The chocolate dessert selection is the best I have ever had. Three courses were a fixed price of £65. Service and ambience were excellent. This restaurant should not be missed off any visit to the Lakes.
We had a wonderfull time at Overwater Hall Hotel. We loved the atmosphere at all the rooms we entered: the lounge, the bar, the dining room, the stairs... We dined 2 evenings and both diners were superb. A big compliment for the owners and the staff. We felt verry welcome.
Absolutely stunning and peaceful place for a good break. Only thing is that the price is way too expensive for the service and the food.
