Extremely frustrated and disappointed in the lack of communication with this staff. My grandfather has been in there 3 weeks and trying to get answers on what the next move should be is impossible. Each person says something different, the people we need aren't there and don't ever seem to be, we will get a call back and don't, incorrect information, just to name some of the issues. I don't know what happens to patients that do not have family trying to get these type of things situated. It's a nightmare.
The level of care my father is receiving is unacceptable. I will be filing grievances everywhere I can.
Was just there for my best friend having a baby. All of the staff in labor and delivery were amazing. Everyone was super nice and friendly especially nurse Jacqui. She was beyond amazing! She helped go over everything that was going to happen with my friend before hand and helped her get a great breathing technique down. She was very personable and super sweet. Thank you Jacqui for being there to help my friend bring in their beautiful baby boy!
The level of care, professionalism and respect provided over the last 2 1/2 weeks for my family member and his visitors has been outstanding. Numerous different units, staff members and true medical professionals have made a very difficult situation palatable. Thank you and God bless you all.
I just had my baby there this weekend and I have to say I was very impressed!! I loved the nurses!! Everyone was very sweet and helpful. Also the food was very good to my surprise. Highly recommended it.
Great except for a colonoscopy and mammogram. Yucky.tests�

This has been the WORST experience ever in a ER... Normally it takes no longer than 3hrs ...for anything you might go for,in any other hospital...it has now been 8 hrs for them to come say everything is OK and you can leave within an hr...geeeeeee
