Can someone explain why it is so hard to pay a bill with sentara? Why do you make it so difficult to get up to date correct billing info? You have 3 billing departments that send different bills for the same date of service and services and yet none of the 3 Departments can see the other bills. I’m told it’s just not possible. I get I have to pay the hospital and the doctor separately, but why send me bills that look exactly the same then? Horrible. DO NOT go here. I am a Marine Corps veteran and had maternal care outsourced to this hospitals umbrella. 100% covered by the VA. Not only was it a horrible experience with rude and incompetent nursing and medical staff, now I have to file disputes because they didn't bill the VA and instead wrote me down as having no insurance and reported that I owe $30,000+ to credit bureaus.

I can never thank enough the Doctors, The Trauma Team, Nurses, and Caregivers for their empathy and compassion for my life. I arrived on a stretcher late Saturday night in critical condition. They kept me alive, and while I'm still here in the hospital I haven't had nothing but hope and positive energy. Thank you. I thank ALL OF YOU.❤🙏
