Never again will I ever be back here the service is horrible we waited a hour for Tenders and Fries and a Kids Meal the manager don’t know her name didn’t even introduce herself had nothing to say and that’s SAD!!
Their chefs need to step their game up, one steak was way over cooked one was far under cooked. management & waitress were on point with their service though. Even though customer service seems to be awesome here the cooks/chefs seem to continually disappoint & it's a shame to pay that much for food you can't enjoy. It was supposed to be my wifes birthday dinner but that was a bust because she couldn't even eat her food. We'll likely not be back until something is done about the food prep situation.

The food was terrible. I can’t believe you people would even serve an onion like that. You would assume going to Outback (normally a nice restaurant) that the service would be amazing and food would be terrific. It took us over an hour to get our appetizer and when we did, lord and behold this pile of I don’t know what. It wasn’t even 2 weeks ago we went and my girlfriends chicken was raw. This is unacceptable. Disgraceful. And to beat it all. It’s so dang expensive you would expect top notch food and service

We had a very goid experience at Outback. Our server was helpful abd polite. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection.
Both times we’ve been there recently it’s been horrible.

we stopped on for a dinner on our way to Charlotte to see CHER and let me tell you what! the food was great and our server was amazing! Emileo (sorry on the spelling) he was amazing
