Went to Outback in Gaffney tonight for my daughter in laws Birthday and I can truly say it was the best experience! Our waitress Hannah C was the best and the manager Devin was awesome as well!! Thank you both for such a great experience and service!! Also for the wonderful birthday treat for my daughter in law!!
Made a reservation online to be told that they don't actually do reservations online. 40 minutes into our "reserved time," and still not seated.
Drinks were unsatisfactory. Tea was watery. Caffeinated drinks were carbonated water. Grilled chicken on the Barbie was so spicy I could not eat it. It isn’t supposed to have all the spices on it. We have had so much better. 😕
An amazing staff.. they got us (a party of 10) seated right away and our waitress Hannah was AWESOME!!!! And we have many who are very particular so making him happy is an awesome thing!!!!
We had the absolute best waitress! She was friendly, fun and right on top of things. Good food and service!
I like some of the food but once I got my food it wasn't hot as I expected it to be and they have bugs crawling around. I only thing I like about OutBack Steakhouse is the customer service
