I guess is all depends on who is working when you go there, service was ok, but no silverware until we ask for it, food took for ever and my steak was cold, my husband food wasn’t complete and was not told that they were out of it until was served.
Just got our takeaway and missing salad, mac and cheese and silverware. Our blooming onion was sitting in oil. Very soggy. So expensive to not get things right. I think it will be a very long time if we ever order again. So disappointed .
I believe our servers name was Corey. Worst server I've ever had to deal with, very rude and cut my husband off when he ask for our drinks. That we been waiting 15 minutes for. (just tea btw) he was more concerned about picking his tip up off the table behind us than serving us. He walked around a lot talking and laughing. Not worried about his customers. Food was ok but took over an hour to come out. We used to eat this location often... Not so sure we will continue.
Great people always our waitress tonight was brittni and she was awesome even though I know she was probably tired and ready to go as we were her last table end of the night everything was perfect for my husband's birthday dinner. Thanks guys and gals. Happy New year to you all.
Food and service was excellent as always. I got the 12oz sirloin and it was cooked just right. Looking forward to my next visit.
Whoever cooked my food today ( 12/27/17 At around 3:30pm) you cooked it just right. The best so far.
Told when entering at almost 8pm that we would be seated in 20-30 minutes. Over an hour later when I asked how others who came in after us were getting seated they said due to call ahead seating. These folks were told the same thing as we were. I was sitting there watching! Empty tables and tables that needed to be bused all over the restaurant. Won’t be back to the Outback in Gaffney again.
Food came out quick and the steak was cooked great! However, I sat at the bar on December 20th at about 430ish (during shift change) and the service was HORRIBLE! The bartender/server spent most of her time talking gossip with another server and shooting the breeze with the Kitchen Manager. With her actions it also seemed as she was on some type of medication or illicit drugs.
