Service was horrible wait time was over 45 mins then we were overlooked. Taken to our table which wasn't clean having a server tray excess food and straw papers all over it. Took over 1/2 hour just to get drinks, after ordering a extra well steak it comes blood red and taken back to be cooked again comes back to me for the second time so burnt I had to cut the outside off about an hour later🤔 the mangers only solution was to give me one to take home like I hadn't already been waiting long enough. my bill was $55 for a party... read more
RecommendedWe had a great experience! The Alice Springs Chicken was amazing! Our server Devin was awesome! She made sure we never ran out of bread and drinks, and she also interacted well with my children!! Great service is hard to come by these days! Great job Outback of Gaffney!!
I recommend this outback because of the great customer service. My waitress last time I went was Devin Moore. She was very nice and such a great waitress. She answered all of my questions about everything.
Two hour lunch today and the place was empty. 1 kids meal, 3 bowls of soup and a salad for two. No manager in sight while my soup was burnt. Not busy. But slow kitchen and service.

Friendly staff and wonderful food! Our wait time was very short and our experience was pleasant from start to finish. 😊
