We waited over an hour for our food and then no silverware. Forgot on of my vegetables and just poor service all around.
RecommendedThe manager and staff were wonderful today. We had a group of 12 and they went above and beyond to make sure our family needed nothing. We will most definitely go back to the Gaffney SC location.
I paid over $16.00 for a grilled chicken salad that was nothing more than a side salad and a small piece of chicken. My order was to go so I did not discover how pitiful it was until I arrived home. If I had been dining in, I would have refused the meal.

We ate at the Gaffney SC location this evening and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. It took almost 10 minutes just to get our drinks. The manager came by to ask if we'd been taken care of because we'd been sitting there for so long. I was shocked that I paid $16 for half of a chicken breast and crunchy macaroni and cheese. update: 9/6/19 went back tonight and noticed the improvements. The new manager has addressed some issues and all seems to be on the right track The Gaffney S.C. location is ridiculous....entrees before salads, part of order not cooked, and tonight one entree not even showing up. No manager follow up and still charge me the $1 up charge for the wedge salad. I appreciate the generosity shown by taking off the things we never got.
