First time I have ever experienced poor service from this establishment. Food items left off order ...several times. Coffee served cold and never saw the server unless we asked for something or did not see a manager the entire visit either. Staff was not friendly at all. Wasted money for poor service ....won’t happen again

Went there for my birthday dinner with the family. Got there at 6:50pm order food at 7 pm waited a hour and still no food so we left and went to cracker barrel.

Did the call ahead seating for dinner tonight. Had reservations at 7:45. Got to the hostess and they couldn’t find our reservation. Said they often have glitches getting the information. Told us the wait would be an hour and a half. Was looking forward to date night with my new husband to enjoy the gift card we received for our wedding. Next time, I’ll go back to Spartanburg. Done the call ahead seating several times there and never had a problem.
Great lunch with a super deal! My husband and I split the chicken and steak combo.
Got take out. Left out salad, steak was raw should have been well done, ordered mushrooms hardly any in the container, left out honey mustard. Won’t be back. $66.00 wasted!
Great food and great service tonight!
This is hard as a rock! Asked for medium well with some pink and it gets here burnt to a crisp. Also asked for bacon cheese fries with both plates and there’s not one piece of bacon on any of them.
The food was awesome. Our server was fantastic. It was clean.. Great experience.
