Management has taken great strides in improving the food and service here. I was highly impressed and happy with the changes. I'm glad I gave this restaurant a second chance from my last visit which was last fall. The folks are real friendly here too ! I will be back !
Went there last night, if you have not dined here in 2020, you need to come back again, This place has taken on a whole new approach to service & food preparation, I'm glad we decided to give them another try this new year, Friendly management and servers. Just an all-around great experience !
Lady at front desk curly hair very argumentative after asking her how long the wait would be. No customer service skills at all.
My vegetables were on top of my steak it was dry and taste like broccoli the server was rude and so were the hostess they told us 15 minutes more like 45 horrible

I ordered a to-go order at 6:21 & received a confirmation email saying it would be ready at 6:41. I parked at the take-away at 6:40 & was asked for the name on my order 3 times between 6:40 & when I finally left with NO FOOD at 7:40... tried speaking with a manager and was told "I'm sorry no one informed you we were busy" ... um smarta$$ if ur so busy, don't say the food will be ready in 20min, so maybe I wouldn't be waiting with a screaming 3yr old in my backseat for an hour for NO FOOD!!! and maybe you wouldn't seem near a... read more
worst Outback experience ever. sat 20 minutes and still no appetizer. salads came and then onion petals came out. petals were not hot, laying in grease and not fit to eat. it looked like they cut them from a blooming onion. steaks were good but not real hot. waitress looked over worked and absent minded. took forever to get items requested and 10 minutes or more to get bill. will not go back to this Ourback
