I took my son out to Outback for his birthday, along with his girlfriend. The food was fine, but service was not so great. First of all, we did not get plates with our blooming onion and had to ask for them. Next had to ask for a spoon by another waitress for our soup after our salad and soups were brought out. Then our table was crowded with our salad bowls and extra glasses on our table while trying to eat. We also had to wait for awhile to get our check and to go box. Other than that everything was fine.
Took a little longer than needed to get drinks.. when salads came asked for extra ranch.. both employees forgot to bring it... food was good little to much spice if you ask me.
Steak medium in middle like I like it but hard on sides andso tough u couldn't cut it. Everything else fine except slow service.
Update: the manage of the outback take care of my problem. I went back to the outback my steak was perfect. see Service is fast but they cannot get a order right. I always order a medium porter house when I go to the outback. The last 2 times I went my steak was bought to me well done/ dry when I ask for it medium. A well done steak is a no no. The service was terribly slow and unorganized! They didn't have our table or seats wiped off (crumbs everywhere,) we had to ask for silverware and bread, and we waited almost an hour for our food! At least we didn't have to wait for a table, but still. Will not be coming back for a long time!
Worst outback in lower 48. Went on a Saturday evening around 5pm. Took 40 minutes to be seated. Took 20 minutes before we got a drink, appetizer came one hour after we ordered it at exactly the same time as our main course. App was cold and stale. They didn't bring the Lobster tail we ordered until 15 minutes after that again.
