Too high prices with small portions nothing like it used to be also food was cold The good was the waiters .
Always have good service. It's our favorite place to celebrate. We love the cheese fries and i always get the prime rib and it's always delicious.
Woke my 3 kids up to go for lunch,really looking forward to a bloomin' onion and a huge steak, we sat and waited 20 minutes with no service, a table got sat right behind us and had drinks within 2 minutes of sitting down. Asked to speak to manger no one showed up, ended up walking out and going to sonic, kids enjoyed it much better!
I am here at outback right now waiting for our dinner. I was put off about how dirty the waiting area was and my trip to the restroom was no better. The two trash baskets in the bathroom were overflowing on to the floor.
Got the Parmesen Herb Chicken with tomato basil for $14.99 and what I received was a chicken breast with a sauce and crumbs on it and grape tomatoes cut in half with only one side. Would had been cheaper to get a steak.
There were SO many things wrong with our meal this evening that it would take far more than a few words on Facebook to describe. We had a similar experience at this location the last time we visited (over 10 years ago) and thought "they MUST have improved since then, let's give it a try" ...WRONG! We will NEVER eat at Outback ever again...disappointed and disgusted don't even begin to to describe my feelings for this place. Its a joke.
