I took my son here for his 12th birthday. He had a 9oz fillet and all u can eat shrimp. When I asked him if he like it, he said "I LOVE this place. They take meats and turn them into heavily creations!"
I had a bad experience at one of the other Outback, so I was very happy to have a1 service..
Everything was fantastic! Our server Denise was amazing. Food was out super quick, and was delicious. Very happy with everything, we will be back again!
We made reservations for 11 people and told them 4.00 Sunday. Well we get there and they said no it was for 5.00 and we said no it was for 4.00 why would we all show up at 4.00. Then each couple had a coupon for 5.00 dollars off 2 entree's well our server said no it one coupon per table !! Really!! That's nuts. Doesn't say on the coupon about this.
Half of the order was cold. Other half was just room temp. Didn't have things on the menu in stock. Said they ran out. Bathrooms (well at least the females) had urine all over the seats and toilet paper just all over the floor. Waited over 30 to even get our drink orders in. And then another 30-40 more minutes to order our food. And an additional 30 minutes to get our food. They were a little busy so I don't really punish them for the food wait. Our server was young and inexperienced I agree everyone needs to start somewhere but I think he needed another week of training kept forgetting refills and other things we asked for no ketchup brought to table with burger we got our appetizer before he came back to take order
Long wait to get in, even with reserving time online. Food and service were good.
Surprized at the qualty food during my recent visit. Overpriced steaks that aren't of quality. Ribeye and bone in ribeye have high % of fat (50%) and very tough meat. Bloomin onion was so overcooked I didn't taste onion...only dried out, burnt breading. Sent back 1st ribeye because it wasn't cooked the way I ordered. Very disappointed, but waiter was alright. He did the best he could.
