The food was great but the service was not good. The waitress was not very attentive. When our food arrived she never asked if every thing was OK or even inquired about out steaks. And although she did bring us more drinks she never asked us how the food was.And then we ordered dessert and before dessert even arrived she delivered the bill she didn't wait till we were done with our dessert to make sure that we didn't want another beverage of some kind or something else.
Service wasn't great...food was ok (after we sent it back). Not worth the price.
Class act service, class act food! BRAVO! For a chain, you won our hearts and our taste buds from the very day we first walked in! Manager Denise Biland takes the extra time to walk around making sure every single thing is perfect! Lifetime customers for certain!
Our waiter was great! Now the food and the price of it ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! Our blooming onion was over cooked (same as my last visit) and incredibly greasy. My fish was bland and over cooked. No soup or salad with your meal unless you order a steak! When did that change? It should be an automatic for a $17 meal at a chain restaurant. I'm good on ever returning to another Outback again.
After waiting 1hour and ten minutes (we did call ahead) we were seated. I had 1/2 slab of ribs (5 small bones ) for $15.99. They were burnt on the ends like they were left in whatever they cook them in way to long. My wife had chicken tenders over cooked and dry. The waiter was good but that is all I can say. Our dinner took 1 complete from start to finish. Not enough help on the floor and kitchen.
The service was fantastic; very attentive and helpful. The peach sangria was perfect.
