My husband ordered three steak dinners today, we got three raw steaks. We ordered well and medium well. The cook needs to learn how to cook. You guys suck. This restaurant has their heads up their asses. Save your money. Mcdonalds cooks can probably cook better.
Went out for a rare meal with the wife, and ended up having a pleasant experience. Our waitress was very kind, funny and was on top of our service on a pretty busy night. The food did not take an exceptional amount of time to come to our table, either. The chef, did however, only cook one side of my steak well, the other side looked like it was just touched to the flame for 30-40 seconds. Even though I like steak rare, it should be cook evenly on both sides. Great experience otherwise!
The food was great but I stopped going there years ago because of the ridiculous noise level due to loud music forcing everyone to talk loud to be heard, and no sound-absorbing materials (carpet, acoustic ceiling, etc). A server explained that was to turn the tables over faster. Sorry, when I spend serious money for a good meal, I want to relax and enjoy my companion's company.
