Just our server was bad, saw every other server but ours...was totally annoyed! unfortunately I can't give zero stars so I guess I have to do 1 star.

Thank you so much to the staff at Hall and Schoenherr Outback for making our family's Mother's Day one of the best! Our server, Nathan, was so very helpful and understanding, as serving a family with elderly great grandparents with special needs requires a special patience. We were seated near the front to accomodate disabilities, a request that has, in the past, been ignored by other establishments. You are now my favorite family restaurant. Thank you so much!
My daughter is 10 and chose to write a letter for a class project to Shelby twp Outback. The manager Tim wrote her back an awesome letter that included a free meal. We came in on a busy Friday night but, they still took great care of us! The manager came by often to check on us and our server was very outgoing & upbeat even though he was extremely busy. Thanks for making my daughter's experience awesome guys!
