Am at the restaurant now worst dining experience ever from an outback, came 8n through snow and ice as walks were not cleared, after dinner excused myself to rest room ... wow looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month, one toilet was out of order the next stall was covered in piss and toilet paper. Washed my hands, no soap, paper towel dispenser broke. I complained to the manager and the owner, both shrugged it off like it was normal and I was asking to much
Awesome service. Little to no wait time on food steak cooked to perfection. My mother usually doesn't finish he meal. She ate it all. In one setting. Faster than she normally finishes her meal.
Honesty I cannot believbthey open their doors every day, for what? Y’all staff is rude and don’t know how to do their job The y’all to the table and has an attitudeh as well This is the whole reason why I had my tuck a way cards and I come back to give them a chance and they have not improved Y’all get revenue because the closest one in terms of Novi or Madison heights but the company should excuse the poor customer service
I am currently writing this at outback and I am extremely disappointed in this service from the restaurant. Being told we shouldn’t come at 9pm is wrong because they are closing at 10:30pm? Saying to other staff “We taking another party?” Like we can not hear what you are saying. This is the worst service I ever experienced in my life. I never been to Outback Steakhouse before and I never will. Also my food was cold and did not come with anything I asked for not did my sides ever came.
