The manager took our Order he was really nice!!! They need more waitresses
The worst service ever!!! The police were there involved with a customer.. our bills were all screwed up and it was taking extra long for the food and to pay our bill.. won’t ever return!!!!! 🤪
First my server lost our 50$ gift card. Second this was our one year anniversary. Third the food was cold. I complained to the manager. To no avail. Outback is a rip off especially the Southfield Michigan location. I will never ever take my wife out to a ripoff like that again.
Shout out to Ebony the best waitress Ive encountered at Outback Southfield in the 6 years Ive bern going !!! Takes pride in what shes doing, aims to please the customer and shes extremely professional and attentive !!! GO EBONY !
We had a 6 top that arrived incrementally, which I know is annoying for the staff, and Ebony made everyone feel welcomed and it was no big deal. On the heels of a holiday where I know places are usually slower and short staffed, her timing was great and service friendly and knowledgeable. We had appetizers, dinner, and drinks and we waited for nothing. She made our experience memorable, and seeing friends we hadn't seen in a long time, so thanks Ebony! I had the best time dining and drinking at the bar!! Everyone interacts at bar , bar tenders were great and my food was delicious

Family voted NEVER EVER to return to this location. We thought our experience would have improved since our last terrible Outback experience six months span ago. Overall, food was mediocre at best and served separately due to numerous mix-ups in the kitchen. Our entire experience mirrored an SNL skit including dishes breaking in background. Waitress took too long for EVERYTHING. She received her tip; however, our family will definitely not return to this Southfield location.
