Waited 15 minutes at bar and had to flag bartender down for service. Then once we were seated at a table we waited forever (30 minutes) for a waitress to greet us. Had to repeatably ask for bread, water, and ketchup. Salad was delivered with the wrong salad dressing. The worst part was upon paying my bill the waitress "forgot" to return my credit card and actually gave it to someone else. Manager on duty actually wanted to search my wallet as he did not believe me and was on his hands and knees looking for the card underneat... read more
Great customer service skills. I ordered the spring chicken quesadilla which was over cooked and not cheesy at all blooming onion was greasy and my broccoli and cheese wasn't fresh at all. My son ordered a cheese burger that was over cooked and dry!! I felt bad because my 19 year old son treated me to lunch and it was a total waste of $44. The server was extra nice but the cook should be put on cleaning duties.
Had lunch at this location which is usually my location of choice when i want outback. Sitting at the bar and a huge bug is crawling towards my plate. The bartender was able to catch and kill the bug. She went to the back to explain to her manager what happened. Not once did the manager come out to address the issue and i just feel like they should of came out to apologized or something. I doubt i go back to this location again.
Throw the whole outback away PERIOD THE WAITRESS WAS HORRIBLE. I never got water, bread was hard, had to ask for my salad that came with the meal. My appetizer came with my meal I won't be back
Don't but drinks from the bar , the food was ok service I'll give a B+ , it's getting better !
Poor service verses Livionia . Food not hot . Slow . The only good thing was the host who said on the way out the door , let me get the door for you ladies & telling us to haveva blessed day . Omg Felt more welcome leaving out . Lol
The food was brought out on a dirty plate asked the server what was on the plate he replied seasoning what seasoning they use on those Tyson chicken tenders.... Blooming onion was torn apart and thrown on a plate had to wait forever to get a refill due to the dishes not being washed.
The drinks were horrible. Steak undercooked. Still waiting on Manager to come to table.
