Service was terrible and this wasn’t the first time it took forever for a server to even come to our table to take our order once they took our order we didn’t get our food for over an hour three times I been here and nothing changed I’m done with the Southfield outback
This location is poorly ran/ dirty/ and super unprofessional!
Service was terrible in Southfeild and the blooming onion was soggy and cold. Never going back.
Didn’t get a drink until my cold food was almost gone
I just left this location and I will never return again. 1st we didn't receive any bread. I thought everyone got bread. I guess not. 2nd we received our food 10 minutes prior to receiving utensils. By that time the food was cold. 3rd I ordered a 16 oz prime rib medium well and I received what looked like a 10 oz rare. 4th I ordered a add on of a lobster tail and did not receive it until after the bill came and I asked where it was. 5th I asked for the manager she came by and said she would come right back, but she did not no... read more
The service was terrible the waitress had a problem at the end with correcting the bill was over charge for drinks food was not cooked right.. this use to be my favorite but since moving east I’ll stay going over there much better service on 12 Mile & Gratiot
The service was terrible the wait was rediculous and they didn’t have anything. I waited an hour for silverware the salad came before the forks and water. Oh yeah aren’t you suppose to get bread and butter never received it. I will never ever ever ever go there again
