Me and my family waited over an hour and an half to be seated waited over 35 minutes to be served only portions of our meals, kids were sleep at the table!!!!��� First Time And Last time!!!
Had a wonderful dinner and great service Sunday. It was my daughter and granddaughters birthday. Food was excellent and we were all very pleased.
Drinks on Point. Lunch Friday. Service jus ok. Outback use to be better.
My experience was HORRIBLE!! I went on 9/21/17 on my bday and everything from the server to seating was terrible! I called 4 hours in advance telling them I was having a party of 25 and they said okay. I get there and then all of a sudden they couldn't accommodate my seating. They assigned us a server named Christian who took 35 mins just to bring our waters to the table (never got a refill on that) and it took me, the birthday girl, 1.5 hours to get my food!!! The greeter was rude and unprofessional. I asked for the manager after being seated at a dirty table and given an attitude when I asked staff to clean it. The manager never came over but was seen leisurely conversing with staff. Definitely won't be wasting my time or money here again!
