AWFUL EXPERIENCE....... I called Friday to set up an appointment for oil change. I was in my frame time for my free service because I bought my car July 2nd 2018 and now has 22800 miles so I asked if I can get this service free because it's 2 years or 25000 miles. The guy who took my phone call said that can be possible because I am in my frame time and I told him that for this world mess I lost a lot of hours at work and would be so nice that this service would be free. Great purchase experience on a certified RAV4. Great follow up after the deal closed. Sales, service and finance were responsive to our needs. Second purchase with them. No regrets.

I have been taking my 2007 Toyota Avalon to Ourisman Toyota for service since I bought the car new from Ourisman. I have never had a problem with their service department. I have found each service rep to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My car is always ready on time and, if not, I am offered a loaner for the day. I would never think of taking my Toyota anywhere else for service. Trust is paramount and I trust Ourisman Toyota!

Pretty crummy experience. My son dropped his Yaris off on Saturday, June 30, 2020 at 3:00 PM for an oil change and to get an estimate on getting a latch replaced. The service department is open until 6:00 PM. He was told by the Service Rep, William, he would call with the estimate for the latch replacement. But he didn’t say which day he would call. Both my son and I called repeatedly on Saturday and left text messages at the number William provided. We got a short reply to one test, asking what we wanted. No further respons... read more
