Bought a used Subaru for my son who lives in Virginia. We were told that the car was solid. We did not purchase warranty bc of this statement. Brought the car home to Ohio and found two major leaks. One to the power steering and one still working on. The windshield wipers didn’t even work on the way home through a heavy storm and we had to pull over till it passed. Called sales manager and he basically told me too bad bc we didn’t purchase the warranty. He was not willing to talk about the costs. Do not recommend at all!

sales man was great. they bought the car to me after i had picked out on line. he explained all paper work to me before i signed anything. great job ourisman
My experience it with the service people and management, they have been great to work with.
They are very accommodating on times, manage through the Corona Virus pandemic well. Unfortunately, when I scheduled my appointment, including emissions test, the person I spoke with said that I could get the emissions test. When I got to Ourisman, they said that could not be done.
Excellent service! Toyota brought me a new car to my house during pandemic COVID19 love this special attention and how you take well care of your customers. Tony Armendariz you are my guy because you always find me the car that I want. Thank you!
