Great sales experience, worst service experience, ever! New car, under 5,000 miles, tried to sell me $700 service for what they said was a damaged boot. Got two different stories as to what the damage was. I took the car to our family mechanic who looked at the boot and showed it to me while it was up on the rack, no damage at all!! In fact he took pics of all boots, none of which were damaged. We have counted on Ourisman Fairfax Toyota for our new car purchases and for their excellent car care. I can be sure if I am told I need "X" that I really do need it. It is so nice to be able to trust a car dealership.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nobody knows what’s going on, nobody on staff apparently talks to anybody because you get 1 million different answers every time you talk to somebody. Worst dealership ever.
