Horrible! Scheduled 30k mile and recall repair. Told AFTER drop off that it would cost over $300 for the required maintenance (would cost under $150 at Jiffy Lube). Also told I had to do maintenance at this dealership or its sister property or my warranties would be nullified. I don’t think this is true. Told during my pick up call that recall part had to be ordered so I’d have to bring my car back. Customer service has really gone downhill here. Took vehicle in for VA Safety Inspection and got an email with the dealer's Multipoint Inspection attached recommending up to $1500 worth of work. Responded to email directly asking for clarification and email was returned undeliverable. Tried a different email and it was also returned. Called. Got the voicemail of the person managing my car. Great service team! Can’t be any happier
This dealership is friendlier. They are quite unlike others who give out negative vibes. They saved me some serious dollars from my previous Toyota purchase. I was not even aware that this potential saving even existed. This is on top of other rebate they gave me on my Camry hybrid. The staff right from sales to finance is courteous.
