I had a wonderful experience when I bought my car and that experience has continued with the service department. The service department is like having a concierge. They take care of everything. They make arrangements for loaner cars so that when you get there the loaner car is available for you to drive off with. I would absolutely recommend both buying a car and servicing a car at Ouirsman Toyota.

The recall on my Avalon was to take 5-6 hours to complete, so the use of a loaner car at no cost to me was very much appreciated.

The customer service is impeccable! The team is so nice and caring. Service is great and also speedy!
Mustafa Toghral of the drop off staff was very unprofessional and treated me rudely. He needs considerable training and costumer service. I see lots of similar complaints from other costumers. Also, they did safety inspection but didn't replace the old sticker. What can I say...Sigh!!!!!!
I had a great experience working with Tony at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota. He helped me get the exact car I wanted with everything I was asking for. Other car dealers were giving me the runaround to get me into they dealership even though they did not have what I wanted, but Tony was honest and let me know he was getting in an inventory of cars and one of them might be the car I wanted. There service department is excellent. They are knowledgeable and responsive. They offer a rental car for $5 per day. If you buy the vehicle from Ourisman and have them perform all service in accordance with the Toyota maintenance schedule, your engine is covered by a lifetime warranty. The sales department was also easy to work with.
