I sat for over 2 hours waiting on an oil change while people were stealing my property out of the inside of my 4Runner. I brought it to the attention of the floor manager and the service manager. The service manager told me there isn't anything he can do because there was a lot of people that had access to my vehicle. Why do so many people have access to my vehicle when it is in your care? I was highly disappointed!!! Was there for a air bag recall which they fix in a timely manner. I asked if he could add air to my tire be cause the warning light just came on never added air. They asked if they could do an 21 inspection never got a email with the information. He called said car was done . I asked if car was washed like I requested and he said no he have to call me back! So I tried talking to the service manager twice and never called me back!!
