Very nicely presented hair salon, convenient location near Streatham Hill Station, competitive prices, quality service and products but most of all, well apart from being fresh and clean, a salon with friendly welcoming staff. Sadly the last two experiences have not been great. I had an appointment with Sonia last year, instead of Olivia for the first time, and whilst I was happy with the end result, it took a good hour to straighten my hair. If I was doing it myself, I'd expect it to be that slow but not in a salon. On my most recent visit, I had taken out my plaits (braids) for it. I suggested using a wide tooth comb, but she insisted on using a fine tooth, pulling from the roots and I could just hear my hair snapping. Even with suggestion from ... read more
I was so pleased with the service received from the Hair stylist at Ourah! I went for a relaxer touch up and Olivia was flowing with information on maintaining my hair and digging into the cause of my hair issues recently. I definitely left better and will gladly recommend this salon!
