the gym is really good, staff are lovely and very helpful, well worth the money, I do love coming here especially on quite days
I've been a few times after work last year but finally went for a membership because I do really enjoy this gym. Not too busy after work hours, friendly staff and other gym goers. Plenty of equipment to use with clear instructions if you're unsure like myself! Definitely a nice relaxed vibe, highly recommend!
What a brilliant find. A great gym and a fantastic team. It's refreshing to go to a gym where the gym team is visible 100% of the time and are helpful, approachable and really friendly. It's not huge, but there's everything you'll need to get a great workout. Very highly recommended
