Beautiful caravan, clean, modern with plenty of space and the added benefit of a hot tub. The host was fantastic and quick to respond to our questions. The site is great and in easy driving distance of everything Northumberland has to offer. It's somewhere we'd definitely come back to!
We loved everything about our stay. It was exceptionally clean, very spacious which is great when you have a toddler and it has great facilities which enabled us to cook in the kitchen. The en-suit was an added bonus, especially when having a family in the caravan. The hot tub was well liked, especially by our 9 year old who was living his best life - he really loved this and it made it even more special with the lights around the veranda and hanging above the hot tub. Had a fantastic three days at the caravan which was fully equipped and in a lovely quiet part of the site. For those with dogs, the walk starts 50 yards away and winds through the woods. We were in the hot tub every day, with great views over the Northumberland countryside. We are already looking to book for next year!
Just spent 2 nights at Otters Rural Retreat. The caravan was absolutely immaculate with everything needed for our stay catered for (even down to ice in the freezer). Hot tub was a huge hit with everyone, powerful jets, funky lights and Bluetooth speaker to play music through. Location was quite remote (nearest shop 3 mile away) but this wasn’t a problem. Site was very quiet & peaceful. All in all we had an amazing time and will definitely be back.
We have stayed at the caravan 3 times now and each time has been lovely, it also has a hot tub which is so relaxing. Marie the owner is great and also provides effective communication and is very organised. Marie always has the caravan very clean and tidy. I highly recommend, it’s also secure for the dogs which is a bonus. There is also a big walk right on the door step and round the corner a pond with ducks. Thanks for having us again for another lovely stay.
