The ladies in the waiting room were very kind, the nursing staff proved their excellence again and treated my sister with respect and all the courtesy I have come to expect from them. Dr Habryl explained the procedure, answered all our questions completely. While it was not an enjoyable experience, the staff did their best to make us comfortable as we waited. I appreciate their kindness, caring and positive attitude.
They took excellent care of me during my outpatient surgery
Went to the ER, arrival, those gals are so good to me very efficient checked me into my room from there nurses were very prompt, then followed a Dr. I may not agree with treatment, didn't disagree just expected something different, Dr. Explained to me and answered my questions all in all this Hospital & Staff were Great as usual..

I had an MRI done yesterday. Was very fast and the tecnitions were fabulous and super friendly.
Incredible!!! I couldn't be more happy with my experience. Well worth the drive from Alpena. Every thing was explained as it was happening, maybe not during surgery as I was out of it, waking up and check out was all too easy. If I ever need a hospital again I will be back.
They were quick . ouf friend was in and out of there in 20 min. Nice little gift shop. Nice people .
