Experience went well yesterday for a procedure up until the point of the procedure. Staff who prepped and processed me were great. My bad experience was that I was supposed to be put under a light anesthesia for the procedure(twilight). Unfortunately, the anesthesia had absolutely no effect on me at all! I was wide awake during the procedure, felt and saw everything that went on. Great hospital just moved up from down state I can say love this hospital more then the ones down state. Great nurses and doctors. Best of all doctors you can understand too.
They are very nice and through they treat you with respect better then munson in TC
My husband had surgery on the 7th of July, and I couldn't have asked for better nurses. Even the kitchen staff was very friendly, when I went down. The post-op nurses were the best, and a nurse named Pat who was in the OR with him, who came out and updated me. I can't say enough about her, she was very kind and passionate. Thank you Pat for being that one person who made me feel a little bit relaxed during his surgery. They treated my wife like absolute garbage. She was having a panic attack and they treated her like a drug addict. Asking me five times if she used drugs. The nurses couldn't find a vein and I asked them after five sticks to give her a minute to calm down. They were telling her to relax while sticking her and digging in her veins. They were making jokes and laughing about not being able to get the needle in while she was sobbing hysterically in pain. And left a used bloody needle on the counter for over an hour.
