Never in my life have I been more angry... I took my 7 month old daughter here on Friday 1/17/20 with a nasty cough and fever... doctor said it was not RSV (without even testing for it) and that she also did not have an ear infection so to just give her tylenol and use a nasal aspirator to clear her nose before eating and bed which we have been doing. Today, Sunday 1/19/20 she is no better so we brought her to Munson Emergency Room and they immediately tested for RSV... which came back POSITIVE :( and also found out she also... read more

I wouldn't recommend anyone go there.
Go to petoskey... go to traverse but do not go to Gaylords ER or the pediatricians-dr collazo should have to go back to medical school. This place is a joke! You get horrible medical care at a very very slow pace. They do not care about kids pain. We had to get rushed to traverse by ambulance (because the helicopter couldn’t make it through the snow) because of their incompetence. They don’t do proper tests and don’t refer when they are suppose to. Horrible hospital.

This place is absolutely terrible. I had kidney stone removal surgery just two weeks ago and had an instant infection 4 days after, when they took my stent out. Now I'm here waiting in the emergency room with my 6 year old daughter who has had a fever, bad cough, AND HARD TIME BREATHING, vomiting! And yet, we have been sitting here for 3 HOURS while other people are getting into rooms. When I ask about the room status, they tell me they still have 4 rooms to clean, I didnt realize that it takes 3 hours to clean rooms. This p... read more
