Lobby area is newly renovated. No information desk in sight. Poor signage. Waited in line for a half an hour to ask a question about where to go to have blood drawn. The “urgent care” receptionist was snippy, offered poor excuses for the wait. Urgent Care needs to MARK your information desk clearly, and have it STAFFED during business hours. We left. We will not be returning. Going to Bayside docs from now on. Munson Urgent care is no longer urgent. The service was much more efficient before the remodeling.

Went up north with my boyfriends family , 4 hours away from home . I took my daughter in cause she had a high fever for 2 nights and getting rashes and so they sent me home saying my daughter had just an ear infection . Went to children’s hospital back home in Detroit the next day turns out it wasn’t an ear infection it was “Kawasaki disease” worst hospital I’ve ever been too ! I do NOT recommend this hospital for your kids !
