All of our appointments have been messed up. Cannot seem to get any help. Would never recommend.
RecommendedWe were transferred from McLaren to Munson NICU with our beautiful newborn. They took such good care of him, and were incredibly hospitable to us as parents. Every staff member in the unit has been phenomenal!
They need to improve their communication with people waiting to be seen. Spent more than 2 hours in the waiting room with no communication on other options, how long it would be or even to acknowledge that it was going to be a long time before we were seen.

lousy bedside manner doctors and nurses are very judgemental and arrogant for such a small rural operation. they really should look to spectrum health if they have aspirations of becoming a big time operation.
Been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for OBGYN to call me to discuss test results and a new RX. I've left 3 messages for Amanda, but no return call as of yet. very frustrating.
RecommendedI had a very good experience with my surgery and stay. My Doctor Jessica Kiley was awesome as usual and my nurses Cortnee and Dan and aides Victoria,Chelsey and Britney from the surgical floor were amazing. Thanks so much
They need to be able to handle all types of emergencies for instance cardiology and ear nose and throat
