Otsego Memorial hospital in Gaylord Mi. Is draining people’s checking accounts and taking properties of folks that can’t afford to pay medical bills. This hospital is affiliated with Munson. Disgusting and inhumane.

Your billing Dept. doesn't know up from down. You have to get copies of checks sent to them because they can't find the originals. You pay your bill and then get service fees because of lost checks. Will never set foot in a Munson Hospital again. Hospital might be ok, but the billing dept. is a joke.
Not enough help or what!? A brother is being treated for severe pain and all they keep doing is giving him morphine and said the doctor will be in to see him. 8 hrs later and we are still waiting in the ER and no doctor yet!!!!😡
Absolutely NOT! First off I’m disgusted at how filthy the waiting room is. No excuse for a hospital to be so gross & dirty. My uncle was brought by ambulance arriving at 10:30am this morning, he was released (and his stay is another story) from the hospital on Wednesday after suffering from a heart attack Sunday, we are STILL sitting in the ER at 4:18pm waiting to see a Dr. What a joke! RecommendedI was in there the end of Jan.2020, for a hip replacement, the nurses were all very nice & treated me very well & made me as comfortable as possible, Dr. Larche & his nurse were just great, I just wanted to say thank you, all for your help & kindness.
