I took delivery of a pinkie ring but unfortunately it was on the small side. Otiumberg staff were extremely helpful and in the space of around 10 days the ring was replaced with the correct size. It’s a lovely little ring with a gold heart attachment and I love it! It’s really well made and a decent weight and I love wearing it.
The product looks good, though it is a present, so not received by the birthday girl yet. However, as I was not in at the time of delivery, this £225 product was left by the delivery company outside my front door, easily available to pick up and walk away with. I complained to Otiumberg about this twice, but heard nothing, so perhaps they will now respond to this review
The team, location, store and price point are all very welcoming. My go-to for chic and affordable jewellery.
