I called at the Otiumburg store and received a very friendly, personal service. I bought two pairs of beautiful earrings and have every intention of returning for more. Beautiful jewellery!

The service and the communication was good and the piece beautiful however I can only give 2 stars because the necklace I bought which was advertised as "sitting just above the collar bone" was far too small and is sized as a tight choker which I am not sure I will not be able to wear comfortably. For reference I am a size 12 with a normal neck.
I love my new earrings as much as I love my previous pair. The attention to detail and the twist on the classic hoop is perfect.
