Optometrist was very kind and explained his answers to my questions. Highly recommend
I went yesterday at manukau branch. I was told that the eye test would be free, but later I was informed that I had to pay for it. I ended up paying for my children’s (7yrs) eye tests, which was disappointing. The information given to me at the start was not accurate. I would recommend that other customers double-check all costs and charges before booking or attending an appointment to avoid any surprises.
I really satisfied with your customer service and also the Optometrist very thorough with all things with eye sight as far with choosing multiple glasses available. Really appreciate your services and excellent advice. THANKS
rang 8 times today no one answered. Was told would receive call back in 10 mins, that was yesterday. Received wrong tracking number so can’t track delivery progress Manukau outlet
