I went on 5/22/2017 and I spent almost 6 hours in Emergency Waiting Room. I'm pregnant and I went because I was bleeding. After 3.5 hours waiting, I asked a nurse if someone will call me soon. She told me that only pregnants women with 20 weeks or more have priority and because I have less than that I must wait like a normal person. I felt so disappointed because it's like she would have said "we care about babies with 20 weeks or more and not for those who have less". When I said it was my first time at that hospital they took every good care of me .
I give it a 3 because the hygiene for being a hospital it is dirty my mom's room was filthy. I used the restroom for the guest omg for being a hospital smh but what got me was when I went to get ice for mom and the ice machine where the ice and water come out off was so dirty molding looking. Reminds me of the Bronx hospital from back when I lived there DIRTY!!!
They took very good care of mom yesterday, as she had a short procedure done.
Just had surgery yesterday, the nurses in pre op were so sweet and attentive as well as the nurses post op. My pain was well managed and they were always there when I needed them. Huge thank you to Dr. Anaim and his team for making my procedure go as smoothly as possible!
Disgusting. Rude. No patient care. Just want to buy up North Phiadelphia. Greedy. Don't really care.
Absolutely the worst hospital ever, patient service from the doctors is non existent. Borders on neglect.
Doctor Cooper and his staff are hands down the best there is. The staff in the hospital was equally as fantastic and wonderful too!!!
