12 HOURS IN ER WORSE HOSPITAL. DR DIDNT GIVE FULL RESULTS OF TESTS.
The doctor nd nurse was great but the time wait sucks!!! Almost 9hrs 4 just a pink eye!
The staff did a poor job attending to the patients. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this hospital.
Everyone there was friendly and very helpful in any way possible. Id like to thank all the staff that has helped deliver and take care of my son for the past 3 days. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because one of the nurses that helped with the process following up to delivery was a little forceful when she was already in a lot of pain. We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy approach to the delivery but she could have been a lot more subtle and cautious. Other than that it was a great experience a... read more
Spent 9 hours in the ER on Sat 3/11/17. Blood was drawn at around 6pm and sat on the beside table until Dr. Han came in and finally got things moving around 10:30pm. The nurse Marie that came in at 7pm sat at the desk more than anything. We were told my mom had a bed at 11pm. After 12 we were tired and wanted my mom in her room. Asked Marie to make this happen, she wasn't helpful. Asked RN Rebecca for help stating we are very tired and wanted to go home. She pointed to the exit and said "there is the door" . great care, kind and understanding staff, just the best
Doctor and Team are amazing. Everything else was average. This is the second time my husband had surgery here. The first time a month ago I was not notified of any updates and when I called the front to find out I was given attitude for my concern. This time I stayed and the same thing happened though this time less attitude but front desk was still a little short.
