If you need surgery without insurance and can't qualfy for financial assistance go elsewhere. I need my tonsils removed badly per my primary care doctor. I won't qualify for financial assistance and don't have insurance. when I spoke to the ENT department they want $200 for the first visit and then depending what else the doctor wants visit or diagnostic wise I'd have to pay for alas well at the time of service. RecommendedThe care I received yesterday in the Ambulatory Surgery unit was outstanding. The nurses were warm and attentive and very competent. I felt very safe and comfortable. My doctor and the anesthesiologists answered all my questions and were attentive to my concerns. I became nauseated in post-op and was immediately treated. Again, the nurses were just phenomenal. I would recommend UF Health Ambulatory Surgery.
This hospital is THE WORST.... Very disappointed!!! RUDE-UNPROFESSIONAL people in one place. I will not recommend any of my friends or family to visit there....
I do not recommend this hospital, bad attention from the doctors and nurses.
