Shands is an tremendous health care institution. Dr. Robert Matthias is amazing. I honestly thought my thumb, hand and wrist would never work again but he fixed them. He is compassionate and intuitive, his focused manner on what I was going through made all the difference. I can't say thank you enough to him and the entire Shands team.
Rodney, the cast technician, made my six-year-old's cracked elbow experience so much better! What a great experience during a scary time for a kid and his mom. Thank you!!!
This place is amazing. I had the best experience! All of the nurses and Dr's were so kind and very attentive. I was in and out during my surgery and had no pain in the process. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I would recommend anybody that nees surgery to go here. Truly an amazing place.
