RecommendedDear Dr Allen, Thank you for your compassion and understanding as I had to make the most difficult decision for Phantom. Thank you for giving me time alone with her, thank you for allowing her spirit to leave while outside so she could feel the sun and hear the birds. The treatment from the whole staff this past week was absolutely perfect. I am forever grateful you were my vet through the hardest decision I had to make.
People died by negligence and illegal procedures and no one care about it. And everyone knows, everyone knows even the director!

Referral process has sucked each time. Doesn't seem like they want to help, but rather brush you off and get you out the door as soon as they can. Don't even get me started on their affiliate: Shand's. All around terrible. Moving my kids...PRONTO. Unprofessional!!!!!!
