So far, I have been very unimpressed and feel that patient care is NOT job1. This visit was my third yesterday and it was my understanding that it was to review my MRI with surgeon. Again, I see the same PA who informs me "March is busy, that's when all the docs go to medical conferences". So then I'm scheduled for next Wednesday to finally, and hopefully, actually get to see someone whose name ends in MD. It'll then be 37 days from first visit with a complex meniscus tear. We are very blessed to have such wonderful orthopedic care in a walk in clinic type setting. These physicians, nurses, PA's and clinical and office staff are second to none. Always professional, courteous, timely and thorough.

We went after hours for a recast on my 3 yr old mr todd was great with our son both times took the time to make sure we understood and was very professional ..also explained to the kids why each step and what each tool was used for ..
