RecommendedI recommend everything about the UF Health Rehab Hospital (in the Select building) on Archer Road. After 5 days at Shands South following a tibial plateau fracture, I was transferred to UF Health Rehab. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there, from the nursing staff, to the chef and nutritional staff, to the ALWAYS phenomenal Occupational and Physical Therapists! Instead of 8 weeks of non-weight bearing, I was made weight-bearing with a brace only 2 1/2 weeks in. They worked me hard because I had one pr... read more
This is the worst hospital in Jacksonville. I have had many of days in the hospital for week long testing and a brain surgery at MAYO. This is embarrassing and humiliating that this is in my home city. There are wonderful nurses and doctors but the directors, coordinators, and processing of this hospital is foul. It’s been close to a year and they are not addressing my brain tumor with any concern. I have to file a lawsuit for malpractice to make any steps.....

Worst team of doctors ever. Mine ditched me and mine quit the hospital, and I got stuck with a PA who refuses to fill a simple prescription for Cymbalta, which I have been trying to get done since the 30th of May. I called today and they said it would be expedited to my pharmacy, and that was a lie. This kid of patient neglect should be illegal. Got an emergency refill of three pills after that I fear for the amount of chronic pain I’ll be in after they’re gone, and if my PA still refuses to refill. I’ve been calling, using ... read more
