I took my mom yesterday they ran 2 hours behind schedule, the nurse was a real smart allelic..patient care wasn't a concern for them...was not impressed what's so ever with them...in fact I was very upset with the whole process..they need more training
Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable. They gave great instructions on parking, where to go and checking in. They were on time and I was in and out in no time.
I think this place is wonderful my mother and I have been there 2 times a week because she's going to have hip surgery and everybody there is just so nice dr.grey seems totally wonderful and all the nurses treated us so good I'd take her there any time it was a wonderful experience
I had no idea the UF Ortho had an after hours walk in clinic. Dr. Decker was wonderful and he helped me when no one else would. They are extremely fast and professional. I was in and out within 90 minutes. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs orotho care. Thank you 😊
I cannot say enough good things about everyone at this facility. The administrative staff, nurses, PAs, physicians, etc are all extremely professional and treat patients and their family like their own. I would definitely recommend these teams to anyone in need of orthopedic care.
