Everyone was friendly and caring. My son was seen quickly for x rays and the Dr who worked with us was amazing. She was caring, outlined our options, and even stopped in the next day when we came back for a walking cast, k highly recommend Ortho Indy!
I had some injections 3 shot once a week. My insurance aid all but 333.00. I lost my job back in 2012 and file bankruptcy and included OrthoIndy . Now 4yrs later with insurance like then they won't give me an appointment because I filed on them. I've been trying for 3wks and keep getting the run around. Way to go OrthoIndy make a 64yr old suffer in pain
I had surgery last Thursday on a ruptured Achilles tendon. I was scared and upset about the impact of this injury. The entire staff, starting with the receptionists, comforted my family and treated us with such respect during the process.
