This was my first experience with OrthoIndy and it was a great experience. I had emergency shoulder surgery to repair a broken shoulder. Dr. Reveal did the surgery and after 2 weeks I am recovering very well. I had very little pain after the surgery and am beginning to get more range of motion. I am very pleased with all aspects of my care. It is a very large practice, but is run very efficiently.
My husband cancelled his surgery with OrthoIndy, because the staff there is very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. The surgeon seemed ok, but the staff was not trustworthy.
long story...good people...poor experience. 1 week since injury; simple broken wrist, 4 different visits, 3 different casts, 2 different doctors.
Very good ran place . Very organized. Appointment was at 9. In at 9 x-rays done by 930. Seen Doctor 945. Out by 10 15. Very nice people. Don't want to jump right into surgery. Willing to go the extra mile.
