Twice I’ve been here, twice I was seen over 45 minutes later than my scheduled appointment time. If I’m respectful of your time, please be of mine as well. And please spare me the copy and paste apologetic response, fix the problem once and for all instead of apologizing over and over again for the same thing. This is unacceptable.

Had some complications with my insurance but finally had my surgery. I'm a frequent flier at orthoindy South in Greenwood. I have had 10 knee surgeries done by Dr. Jack Farr and everytime I get treated like royality. For being 25 years old the past 10 years Dr Farr is the only one I would trust with my knees. And the staff is amazing in pre op and post op!! My nurses was amazing♡♡ They actually show that they care and not just tell you what your vitals are. I was first seen by an IU Health Physician for a trimalleolar fracture, and told I didn't need surgery. I was seen in the ER, otherwise I would have gone to OI first as I Am already a patient of Dr. Randolph for my knee and I love him! He has been able to manage my pain without surgery and drugs! As a nurse, I did my research, and found that typically the only reason to not have surgery for my type of ankle fracture is if there is a medical contraindication. Malalignment and arthritis are possible long term affects of not ha... read more

My daughter was diagnosed with Scoliosis in February of last year. We saw one dr who did not have a very good bedside manner, and was not very trained on this. So I scheduled with Dr Schwartz for a second opinion.. From our first appt we were hooked. He spoke to my daughter as she was a person and not a child. He made this entire journey a little less stressful. I highly recommend anyone that needs a service he offers to schedule with him..
