Your initial treatment of my wife's injury was great. It's the post-procedure ignoring of my wife that has aggravated both of us to no end. No one at your facility has bothered to return any of her calls regarding her questions or concerns. She has called our local orthopedic center here in Alabama and received a return call within 15 minutes. You need to get your act together and improve your post-operative attitude.

My husband is just home after his second hip replacement surgery by Dr. Hellman; he had the other hip done four years ago. In <72 hours post-op he's doing even better than after his first surgery. The OrthoIndy staff were wonderful, from the moment we checked in until my husband was released. Major thanks to nurse Tina, techs Zelda and Dionndra, and PT guru Ted. Even the "hospital food" was very good, so you can't do much better than that! Thank you.
